HOW TO ORDER FOR GTA DELIVERY
$8 delivery fee
Click the pre-order link above during the appropriate pre-order dates. Pre-order will be available from 11 am to 7 pm each day. You may also order merch and gift cards to be delivered with your order.
During checkout choose "ship" and then "local delivery" once you've entered your address. Local delivery will only be available for the postal codes assigned to the above pre-order dates. If you place multiple orders to be delivered to the same address on the same delivery day, we will refund shipping cost for all orders except one.
Please note: we will be shipping out of our Lansdowne location only. Please check our Lansdowne locations daily menu for available flavours. Or click, on “full details” for an item to see inventory availability.
Max 40 deliveries per day. If you are unable to order delivery it means we are maxed out.
If using an accelerated checkout only use ShopPay. If you try to use Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, or PayPal, then the local delivery option won't be available.
Delivery will take place from 10 am - 6 pm the day after your order (Thursday). We will send 2 text notifications on the day of delivery. The first when we start our route for the day, the second when someone is about 5-20 minutes away. Please make sure to include a phone number in your order so we can contact you.
Someone must be home to accept the delivery. If no one is available to accept the delivery, your order (including delivery fee) will not be refunded. If you request for us to leave your order at the door Ruru Baked will not be responsible for any lost, stolen, or ruined product.
