Where can I buy your ice cream?
At our shop, 659 Lansdowne Ave Toronto ON.
Can I pre-order?
Yes! Please check out our pre-order page for more info.
If I pre-order when do I have to pick up?
Pints must be picked up the same day as your order. Merch must be picked up within 14 days.
Do you deliver?
Yes! Please check out our delivery page for more info.
Do you ship your ice cream?
Unfortunately we do not offer shipping at this time.
How big are your pints?
Each pint is 500 ml, the same size as a Haagen Daas or Ben & Jerry's pint. This can serve around 4 people. We also carry 2L tubs that can serve around 10-15 scoops.
Are your products certified nut free, gluten free, and vegan?
Unfortunately not. We produce all of our items in a facility that uses dairy, eggs, wheat, soy and nut products. If you have food allergies or sensitivities please consume with caution.
Are your products available for wholesale?
We do not offer wholesale.
Do you cater?
We can consider catering on a case by case basis, please email us to inquire.
Shipping
All merch (not ice cream) purchases will be processed within 1-2 business days.
Estimated Delivery Canada: 3-5 business days
Estimated Delivery USA: 7-10 business days
Free shipping: on orders over $100 to Canada and the USA
What is your refund policy?
All food products and gift cards are final sale.
For merchandise we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at orders@rurubaked.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food) and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
