Our special Lunar New Year flavour is back! Pineapple Tarts are a popular dessert in Southeast Asia during the Lunar New Year. Flaky melt in your mouth shortdough is topped (or filled) with sticky spiced pineapple jam. Our version is a sweet cream ice cream, with swirls of house made pineapple jam spiced with clove and cinnamon, and pieces of delicate pineapple tart crust. Gong xi fa cai!
