Well rounded authentic blend of cardamom, cinnamon, clove, peppercorn, and fresh ginger. Slowly steeped using Indian Assam Tea and perfectly sweetened using unrefined cane sugar. Brewed & Bottled in small batches in Toronto by Spice Girl Eats.
How to use
We recommend the 1:1 ratio, one part milk of your choice and one part concentrate, however, this concentrate is completely customizable to you! If it's too spicy or too sweet simply add less concentrate.
- Always give it a good shake before pouring.
- Heat in microwave until the desired temp.
- Over medium-high stovetop, simmer (not boil) chai concentrate, milk or water until the desired temp.
*4 servings if 1:1 ratio is used
*Unopened, the shelf life is six months. After opening, refrigerate and use within two weeks.
*Each batch is ph tested and hot bottled for guaranteed freshness.
