Chinese Almond Cookie

Chinese Almond Cookies symbolize good fortune and wealth during Lunar New Year. This ice cream is flavoured with almond extract and dotted with chunks of Chinese Almond Cookie.

Ingredients: milk, cream, sugar, egg yolks, butter, wheat flour, almond flour, almond extract, whole almonds, whole eggs, skim milk powder, pure almond extract, baking soda, salt
