Estudio Niksen's Sweets No.Uno | Passion Fruit + Condensed Milk

If you walk into Ruru Baked there's a chance at least one person is wearing something baggy from one of our favourite clothing brands, Estudio Niksen. It only made sense that we'd want to make a special ice cream for them. Based out of Montreal, but with roots in South America, Estudio Niksen's Sweets No.Uno ice cream takes its inspiration from the refreshing "Raspado" shaved ice treat. A swirl of passion fruit and creamy condensed milk ice creams. Available for a limited time only, while supplies last.

A nod to the movie Everything Everywhere All At Once. While the Everything Bagel in the movie represents Joy's feelings of nothingness and lack of connection, our Everything Bagel is a fun take on how weird unexpected things can sometimes be amazing. This flavour profile is for sweet + savoury combo fans. For those that like breakfast for dinner or dinner for breakfast. Subtle cream cheese ice cream with chunks of oniony garlicky sweet seedy crumble. It's kind of weird but in the best way and you probably didn't know you wanted this as an ice cream flavour until you've tried it.

I’d Rather Be Smoking - Parkdale Roadrunners

Happy 15th Anniversary to the Parkdale Roadrunners – a decade and a half of the Parkdale Roadrunners community. To celebrate, we made a flavour inspired by their motto this year, “I’d Rather be Smoking”. A unique smoked ice cream with roasted matcha (hojicha) cookies.

A portion of the proceeds from every pint will be donated to Parkdale Community Food Bank.

Pandan “the Vanilla of SE Asia” adds a slightly grassy and sweet aroma to our rich and creamy ice cream. We use pure pandan extract from Malaysia (no artificial flavours or colours like most of the extracts you find in Canada), the flavour is subtle but delicious.

Passion Fruit

Pineapple Tajin Sorbet/Pineapple Sorbet

Fresh pineapples make up this summer sorbet, but what makes it really special is the sprinkle of Tajín throughout. Tajín is a blend of chili, lime, and sea salt, from Mexico. It adds a bit of smoky tang to the sweet pineapple palette. In Mexico it's widely used on fruits and vegetables.
